Magical Moments

 

I had a private wedding with my immediate family included , my most memorable moment was when I stepped into the lounge of where our vows took place
I looked around and realised that the most important people are about to witness my most greatest and cherished moment in life

The Honeymoon

 

No we unfortunately did not go on a honeymoon but hoping to go sometime when the time is right

My Special Day

I went for a natural make up look with a touch of elegance and sparkle to my yellow dress with my hair curled and pinned up with loose pieces hanging down my face
I wore an old grey shoe that complimented my light yellow dress and I only wore on set of jewellery which was my plain yellow pearl earrings
All this was done by a friend - Abigail

The Venue

I got married in Cape Town kuilsriver , at my pastors house in the gorgeous lounge area
All my guest later arrived at my place for a light lunch and socialise and got to know one another more

My Bridal Beauty Regime

I treated myself at home with a bath and calming music
I also did some home treatment's on my skin and it worked out perfectly as I have sensitive skin also and it's quite difficult to find a spa that caters for my difficult skin

Wedding Elements

I had a big screen put up in the lounge , welcoming the guest to our wedding with a beautiful picture signifying why we gathered there that day
I was given a gorgeous flower bouquet by a close church friend of mine , it had the colours yellow , green and white in it

My Groom And His Groomsmen

The groom wore a black shirt from Edgars , Khaki pants from Mr Price , brown formal shoes from Edgars and a grey tie by Edgars
We had no groomsmen

Beautiful Bridesmaids

I had no bridesmaids but I had a close friend who made sure everything went smoothly , she was my maid of honor

A close friend of mine just started out with photography , she does not have her business up and running as yet but she made herself available to capture the moment's of my special day

The Wedding Planner

No myself and my now husband planned everything with a little help from family members

Wedding Transport

Myself and husband drove our car , citi golf and the rest of the family had their own transport

Food & Cake

My mother in law made a stunning white and silver wedding cake with the words Mr&Mrs on it
The food was prepared by my mom and other family member's who contributed

Wedding Stationery

I did not have any

The Reception and Entertainment

We had lovely classic , soft jazz music playing in the background while enjoying our lunch and socialising
