People always say “enjoy your wedding day, because the day passes by so quickly” and they were so right. I remember thinking to myself the whole day to live in the moment and to take everything in. I felt a sense of peace in the morning when I woke up. I wasn’t nervous or anxious, I was just so excited to finally marry the love of my life. The highlight of the morning was spending quality time with my mom, sister and bridesmaids. My mom and sister helped me get ready. Next thing I knew we were in the car on the way to the church. The priest gave the most special sermon, it was so humbling, real, and personal. We exchanged our vows and we were officially married. We made our way to the reception where we ate the most devine food and danced the night away.
Yes we went on honeymoon. We went to Paris- the city of love for a week. The highlights for us were visiting the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de triomphe. We then went to the Maldives for a week, for clear skies and 50 shades of blue ocean waters. This was ultimate relaxation for us, it was absolutely amazing.
Our wedding theme was blush, and rose gold with marble elements. We went for a very soft, romantic and elegant look. This theme was carried throughout our wedding. My make up was phenomenal, it was done by Janna Stone. It was a soft rose gold and brown smokey eye with a mauve lip. My hair was everything. Simoné from Studio S Hairstyling did my hair. It was a half up, half down, and to the side style with curls that lasted all day. I got my dress from Vonvé Bridal Couture. My dress was so immaculate it’s hard to find the right words to describe it- elegant, yet bold, classy but sexy. I have tiny baby feet (a 2.5) so after months of sole searching, I decided to get my wedding shoes custom made by the lovely Elli Nicole shoes. My shoes were white peep toes, with a block heel, with diamanté embellishments. I wore a stunning white lace set of La Senza underwear. I wore a matching Swarovski earring and bracelet set. I chose not to wear too many accessories as I felt my dress was the “wow” factor.
We got married at Our Lady Of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church in Mulbarton. Our reception was held at Memoire. Our closest family and friends stayed at Memoire for the night of our wedding.
My beauty regime leading up to the wedding involved an eating plan, teeth whitening and Microblading. I had my teeth done by Thinc Clinic and my microblading was done by Annebell Allure.
Our decor was glamours yet classy and modern. We had alternating tables of decor. Some tables had a big round flower arrangement on a crystal Center piece. The other tables had crystal candelabras. We had some rose gold votive holders and marble vases filled with flowers, and tea light candles reflecting off the main Centre pieces, this really created an intimate and romantic feeling in the room. My flowers consisted of white and blush hydrangeas, peonies and St Austen roses. We hired our tables and chairs, we decided on Louis chairs, they were so elegant and comfortable to sit on. We also had some classic French lounge furniture for the canapé area. We had full white flooring covering the entire floor, a white stage for our sweetheart table, and a marbled flower wall back drop behind us, it was breathtaking. This was all done by Red in Paris Events.

My husband ( feels amazing to call him that) wore a custom made suit from Wedding & Suit, that fit him like a glove. He wore a white shirt and a black cravat. The groomsman got their suits from Top Hat Suit & Co in Parkhurst. They wore a black suit, white shirt and a blush tie.
My bridesmaids wore custom made rose gold and blush dresses made by Tree Couture. They were off the shoulder A-line dresses, they looked stunning.
Father Maurice Chidiac.
We had Estilo as our photographers and we had Verve as our videographers. Both amazing suppliers to work with to capture our special day.
Yes, we had the lovely Kelly Sadie, from Kelly Sadie Weddings.
We went to the church and to Memoire in a close friend’s Mercedes Benz C63 AMG.
Memoire prepared our plated menu, the food was beyond sensational. Our cake was made by Kelly Jaynes Cakes.

We took dancing lessons every week, two months before the wedding, at Dancealot studios, they were so patient with us and the dance routine was really special. We had DJ Paul Dos Santos from Sounds Gr8 Audio as our DJ, he also provided us with our sound and lighting. We had the talented Jude Harpstar playing the harp, along with a violinist during the canapés to entertain our guests.
