My hair and makeup was done by the gorgeous Angelique Nel from Polokwane .
My husbands main request regarding our wedding was that it was in the bush - and so it was. We got married at a lodge in Hoedspruit called Bushriver lodge. We both agreed that everything had to be outdoors so we conducted our ceremony on the banks of the Olifants river and set up a stretch marquee filled with fairy lights to keep the outdoor feel flowing.
We decided to marry our individual tastes and incorporate them both into our decor. My classic taste along with his casual approach made for a wedding that had a bit of everything.
