The whole week was so extremely hot and we had lovely weather. On the day of our wedding it was raining and so windy and cold but still such a blessing!!!! Nothing went wrong everything was absolutely perfect!!!! The morning of our wedding the weather was miserable and as soon as we came out of the chapel the sun came out it was sooooo amazing!! Everything of that special day was truly a memorable and super special moment.....
Yes,we went to Mauritius. Our flights we’re booked for the day after the wedding. We got to Mauritius the Sunday evening at 10pm. The people there are so friendly and kind. It was an experience of a lifetime!!!! My first time overseas, clean beaches, excellent room service and amazing food!!!!!
I wanted a very natural look for my wedding day. My hair was taken up on the one side and I had a pearly hair pin on the one side with curles hanging down on the side. My make up was natural and my dress was from Diaan Daniels contour. My shoes I bought at Sedgars which was pringle branded and my jewelry I bought at Bride and Co in Uhmlanga Durban. For my wedding I wanted a more classy elegant look and I wanted to feel Royal which turned out exactly like I imagined.

We got married at Duckpoint wedding venue on the way to Parys. It is amazingly stunning!!!! The staff is absolutely the best, they are so friendly and kind and they adapt to each clients own needs. The guests did stay for the night on the venue and all the rooms absolutely stunning. Only the best of best and so luxurious it’s unbelievable..... I would definitely recommend Duckpoint to any bride who wants to have a classy, elegant wedding..
I didn’t really do any of those. The bridesmaids and I did go to Annona day spa every now and again just to relax. But that was it there wasn’t enough time for me to do the rest
Flower and decore spot did our flowers. Absolutely stunning!!!!! We wanted to have the classic rosegold cutlery and decor and the shop provided us with everything!!! They were so kind and friendly and always understanding when we wanted to change something. The flowers where mixed I didn’t have a specific flower theme I wanted a bit of everything and it looked stunning!!!!! We had real wooden furniture with a rosegold theme (chandeliers and lots of candles) loved everything about it!!!! I would definitely recommend flower and decor shop in Vanderbijl

We did the shopping for the groomsmen clothes. Brought the shirts and suit pants from Edgars and the ties in Jhb african trade center. The socks we brought at happy socks and the grooms suit at Thruworths men.
They wore rosegold sequenced dresses that was costume made by a lady from my home town. I got the look on Pinterest and immediately knew thats what I wanted.
Our pastor Dominee, Johan du Plooy married us.
Salt and Papper was our photographer and they did an excellent job. We got amazing photos and a great package. Which included a photobooth for the whole evening.
The videographer were Camsol productions. They where also amazing. Really affordable and worth every penny.
Yes JP at Duck Point was our wedding coordinator and I honestly don’t think there is someone better then him. He guided us through everything help us and stood by us step by step.
We did not use transport as we where getting dres at the venue.
The food was chef Bosch. And the cake Celest in Vanderbijlpark.
My mom did all the printing for me.
The reception was amazing. We did take dance lessons and the same person did our lessons, DJ and lighting.
