Our wedding was a dream come true. The entire day was a big moment and memorable for us. It is was such an amazing experience to be able to get ready and have fun with my cousins, aunts, mother and our fabulous hairstylist and close friend. One of the most memorable moments of the day was when I got to walk down the aisle and see my groom start crying tears of joy. It was just a magical day for us.
Well sort of yes, we went on a minimoon to Ramsgate for a week, just to relax before returning to work. It was a great week where we enjoyed the beach, went site seeing and went to go see the butterflies at the butterfly farm.
My wedding look can be described as mythical. My hair was loose and curly and my makeup was detail oriented around my green eyes. My wedding dress, something out of my dreams, was flowy like a wood nimph and my shoes was a pop of colour (purple, my favourite). My lingerie was lacey and delicate. My jewellery was gifts from my family, pearl bracelet from Thailand and light purple earings from Italy.
I got married at Black Horse Brewery and Restaurant in Magaliesburg. Most of our guests stayed the night, they stayed in the area and at Black Horse.
I am a Registered Dietitian and I followed my one regime.
My decor was plain and simple, we didn't want too much. We had lavender plants and candles on the tables. We made use of fairy lights in die venue.
The groom wore a grey suit and game over socks.
My maid of honor wore a dark purple dress.
Our Marriage Officer was Marissa, she is a Spiritualist at Amazing Grace Centre.

My wedding was planned by me, my mother and my one uncle.
My wedding food was prepared by the amazing Chef Jacques at Black Horse. My super awesome wedding cake was made by Sweet Joy.
The Allora Collection designed and printed my stationary and wedding invitations.
Our reception was a lot of fun and everybody enjoyed it. We went for dance lessons at Fred Astaire, because we both certainly had two left feet when we started. We had a wonderful DJ.
