The highlight of our wedding day is the fact that we had sunshine, rain and snow, all in one day. My most memorable moment is definitely when my Father came into the room and saw me in my wedding dress. One of the other special moments was when my Father gave me away to my husband.
Yes we did. We went to Oudsthoorn and Knysna. We booked a cabin in Brenton-on-Sea. It is such a beautiful destination.
My wedding look was rustic, but fun. Plain but beautiful. I only wore earrings no other jewelry seeing as that my dress had a lot of detail. My dress was made by Elmarie Brits, owner of Teshlanique. Elmarie did an amazing job with my dress. My hair and makeup was doen by Lisa Ficher. She is absolutely amazing in what she does.
We got married at Kliplapa in Worcester. Some of our guests stayed there for the complete weekend and other just for the Saturday night. We also had breakfast at the venue on Sunday morning. The venue has it's own self catering rooms which can be booked for the wedding.
Kliplapa, our venue provided all the furniture and lighting. I only had to do the center pieces for the tables. We received the flowers as a gift and it was really beautiful.
The groom wore a light brown suite with a chocolate brown waistcoat. Our groomsmen wore, chino pants with Maroon suspenders and a white shirt. We hired the pants and the suite. The guys looked really handsome. ;)
My bridesmaids looked so beautiful. They had burgundy/maroon dresses with maroon shoes. I bought each of them a pair of rose gold earrings. And one of my friends did their make up. They really looked stunning!
Our marriage officer was Pastor Mandi Pruis. A very special and dear friend.
Natalie Rose Photography was our photographer. She is amazing, and did everything exactly like we wanted it. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a photographer.
No planner or coordinator. I did everything myself. Almost everything was hand made. From the invites to the bunting flags.
The venue provides all the food. From the canape's to the pudding. A very special family friend made our amazing cake.

The reception reflected who we are, fun. Everyone enjoyed the music so much. The dance floor was never empty.
