Yes we went on a road trip to Namibia for 3 weeks.
We went all the way to Kunene river to visit the Himba's and river rafting with the crocodiles, Climbed the dunes in Sossusvlei, and romantic safari in Etosha. Finished off with the white sandy beaches of the skeleton coast and caught a fish in Henties after quide biking in Walvisbaai. What a magical place... Namibia
Natural.. just the way we are..
My hair was done by my best friend and wonderful hair dresser, make up I did myself with the help of Chanel products. I got married in my sister's shoes in my fairy dress bought at bride &Co.
My earrings was made from moonstone.. A stone for “new beginnings”, Moonstone is a stone of inner growth and strength. It soothes emotional instability and stress, and stabilises the emotions, providing calmness. Moonstone enhances intuition, promotes inspiration, success and good fortune in love.
On our farm in Tulbagh . our ceremony was in the magic forest and the celebration party was in the old mural on the farm. Our guests stayed in tents for the night.
Health and fitness did not change just for the wedding. We are an active couple, cycling, running yoga and surfing. Nothing really changed for the wedding. I did go for facials to assist with my natural glow.
Natural, flowers was from the fynbos from the farm, furniture had to fit in with the mural and lights had to be the same as the starts. The Mural did not have a roof so we need to fit in with what nature gave us.
The Groom had the most handsome suit we bought in Waterfront from an Italian designer. (I dont know the name) The groomsmen.. well he look handsome to.
