On Thursday, April 26th, 2018, my (husband to be) and I stood in front of our closest family and friends and exchanged the most heartfelt wedding vows .It was the most hottest and sunniest day (which I prayed for) , a day filled with numerous emotions: happiness, excitement, nervousness, and a bit of anxiety. I was so excited to marry my soulmate the love of my life the one God had chosen just for me, but at the same time, I was nervous about speaking in front of a room full of people. We spent an entire two years planning for that day and it all came down to that moment. While the guests arrived , the room was just enchanting , with the floating of white balloons , rose petals scattered and the best part was the smiling faces of our loved ones. As I waited in the bridal suite, I reflected on the last two years of our relationship I thought about how fast time went by. I thought about all the ups and downs we experienced. I thought about all of the beautiful moments we shared and how all of those moments has lead us to that day! This was all really going to happen. I was going to be a wife.
Once the processional began a sense of calmness came over me.The volume of the music was just right. The soothing sounds of my Brother Keegan Martin singing created an ambiance of elegance and class ,I was finally present in what was the best day of my life. It was as if I floated down the aisle on a cloud and the only face I saw was my husband’s, the sweet scent of roses that filled the room. The flashing lights of the camera’s were like tiny flashes of diamonds sparkling in the room , everything in the room looked amazing from the Maid of Honour (who was my Mum) down to groomsmen who looked dapper and distinguished in his tailored Suit.
There we both were in our own little world made just for us. My Future Husband ,my Prince .He was everything! While the Pastor addressed the audience all I could hear was the beat of my heart. It was no longer pounding with anxiety and fear. I was happy and I was in love ,in that moment nothing else in the world that mattered , and I knew that everything was going to be just perfect from that day .
After our vows were said and our rings were exchanged and the Signing were done, it was time for the Pastor to pronounce us husband and wife. From that moment I would forever be Kim Van Rayne! Once the ceremony concluded, we turned to face the crowd. I had never seen so many people smile and cheer for us. It was overwhelming and surreal to see all these people in one place just for us , Everyone was so proud and genuine. It was a moment that I would never forget. It was a moment that taught me how important it is to not let worry and fear get in the way of joy.
In the end, what mattered was that we can look back and be proud of what we have accomplished for the last two years leading us both to Celebrating our perfect wedding . ('',)
We both would have loved to go but unfortunately , we so involved in the planning of the wedding that we forgot about the Honeymoon , but will try our best to make time for one .

Littlewhiteribbonphotography-Wow is all I can say ,Their aim to me was to tell the story through pictures and capture genuine moments and emotions as they occurred throughout the day. They were Fun , and made you feel so comfortable throughout the capturing of the photo's , they were definitely genuine with a little sparkles of humour and create situations which are often a bit cheesy and awkward , but I Love Love them and would high recommend them any day they are just the best .
Just had help on the wedding day, by Elaina the Coordinater from the venue , who assisted us on the day of the wedding , she made sure everything was in place and everything was running on time .
We didn't really have any wedding Transport arranged for the Wedding day .
The Food was prepared by the Wedding Venue themselves and our delicious 1 tier Cake with cupcakes were made by none other that Kelly Jayne from Kelly Jayne's Cake Boutique out in Northworld
