The most memorable part of our day when I first set eyes on my husband to be, how he looked at me... It felt like he had fallen in love with me all over again.
We had a small wedding with close family and friends, black and white theme.
Planning the wedding from making out invitations to all the table decorations by hand. It makes a year of planning so worth while to say I do to the man that I would spend the rest of my life with.
After getting married I had to go back to work for a week. But it made it so much more exciting to know that I had a honeymoon to Zanzibar, with just the two of us.
We had a wonderful time snorking. Swimming tanning and drinking cocktails. Was a week to remember for a life time
We for married on the south coast venue called B cubed guest house. Stunning little venue where it felt so homely.
Guests did not stay as they all lived near by.
For the center pieces we used tree stumps and on top was black pebbles scattered around a candle with little white roses. The pebbles had been collected from the transkei. Had black table clothes with black and white striped runners. I made my own gift boxes with a butterufly on each. Inside was wedgewood naugat.

I had my sister for my maid of honor and my niece as a brides maid. They both wore a black infinity dress with silver shoes.

But I had a close friend Shelley take pictures of us getting ready and pictures of the venue. I made my own photo booth and props where Again Shelley took the photos
I did not have a planner I did everything myself.
I made our wedding cake and cupcakes cakes in a bottle the morning of our wedding.
And after decorating the venue I went home and made all the snacks.

I had a DJ name Johan, I knew him he was so sweet that he gave me a flash drive with all our songs on that he played through out the night
