Every moment of our wedding day was memorable. It was beautiful. My favourite part was when I was walking down the aisle with my dad. I couldn't take my eyes off my husband and just couldn't stop smiling out of pure happiness. I also enjoyed our dances very much. Our first dance was to Thank you for loving me by Bon Jovi and the father daughter dance was to sweet child o mine by guns n roses. I am glad that we could share our special day with our favourite people in the world, they really made every second spectacular
We went to Dithololo in Limpopo for 5 days. It was amazing! We were spoiled in every way! They really went out of their way to make the experience unforgettable. We then spent an evening at Emperors Palace. the next morning we flew to Zanzibar where we stayed at Karafuu beach resort for a week. I really enjoyed relaxing and spending time with my husband. I still can't believe that he managed to keep it a secret for so long! I am definitely married to the best!
Ever since I could remember I dreamed of a big white flowy princess dress. That is exactly what I got!I bought the dress from El Vestido but added a sparkly belt from Bride & Co to it. My long dark hair is my favourite feature so I had it curled to the side. A beautiful tiara with a lot of detail and a cathedral length veil I got from Bride & Co completed the look. My shoes was a sparkly silver from MODA. Nails was done by Lisa from Tammy Tailer. Makeup was somewhat natural but with bold dark purple lipstick. I wore fine purple and silver jewelry I got as a gift from my mother
We got married at Roseview Hill. It is a breath taking but also very affordable venue. It had the fairy tale look. The owner was a great help. Some guests stayed over at the venue and some at surrounding guesthouses

Our Videographer was Anton from Trigger Finger (triggerfinger.co.za). He made everything so much fun and relaxed. His work is simply amazing. In my opinion he is by far the best Videographer.
We did not have a photo booth because we had a Latin thing called La Hora Loca. Basically the "photo booth comes to life. Lots of glow sticks. It made one crazy party.
No, my husband and I did all of the planning ourselves. It was stressful but so much fun! It was a great way to spend time with each other and to ensure we both get our dream wedding. I loved every second of planning our day with him

We had to take dance lessons because neither one of are good dancers! It was a fun yet difficult experience. Luckily our dance instructor had a lot of patience! I would highly recommend Chelain from The beat dance studio.
