Hair and makeup was more beautiful and natural than i expected it to be. Natasha visser brink did my hair and Hilde mari Kohrs did my makeup. Thanks so much girls. I rented a dress from 7th heaven bridal boutique in durbanville and they altered the dress for me the way i wanted it. EXACTLY how i imagined it!!!
We got married just outside Grabouw where we bothe grew up. Houw Hoek hotel, beautiful venue. Everyone could sleep over and have as much fun as they wanted.

We did mostly everything ourselves. My mom was very proactive from the engagement and jumped right in to help us get what we wanted. She was my wedding coordinator lol. She painted and crafted her buns off. Our neighbour, tannie Helen did our flowers which was absolutely STUNNING! My husband hung the fairy lights. Mom in law and sis in law made the gifts for the guests themselves and the stationary which looked stunning. They also worked into the wee hours of the morning to get everything done. Bridesmaids, neighbours, friends and family all joined together to make the day beautiful.
We originally rented two navy blue dresses from special occasions in bellville, but then my sister found out she was pregnant and we had to change to infinity dresses so that little Lehan will be able to fit into the dress too. They accommodates us by allowing us to just change to their infinity dresses in store.
It was a great honour for us to have a friend and old colleague of mine of many years to do our ceremony. Hendri Viljoen. It made the ceremony so much more intimate and special to have him marry us.
Adele Joubert was our photographer. I don't have words to describe that woman. She is absolutely amazing, comforting, professional and so experienced. She truly helped get us through the day, stay on schedule and creates beautiful memories for us.
Darron Donald was our videographer. He had all the equiptment you can think of and ia truly passionate about what he does too. He was never in our faces or in our way and made us feel so comfortable with the cameras around.
Nope. Just beautiful fairies that made everything happen ;-)
