The most memorable part of my wedding day was definitely seeing my future husband for the first time. My eyes immediately teared up, it felt so surreal! I also really enjoyed the whole Saturday morning with my girls leading up to the wedding, I will never forget how special I felt.
My husband took me to the beautiful Greek Islands, It was a perfect combination of European adventure and the beach!
I decided on two wedding dresses for my big day due to the fact that I went for a completely embellished look from Casey Jeanne, it was so special and sparkled so beautifully in the winelands sunset. My second dress was a total surprise, very sleek, plain and classic from Oskana Mukha.
My shoes were classic lace Jimmy Choo's, a gift from my husband. I absolutely love them and even chose my dress around the look of the shoes as well!
I kept my jewellery very elegant and timeless.
I was fortunate enough to have the amazing Corle' Barnard do my hair and make up, we kept it really sleek. I wanted to keep to my authentic self and did not go for anything over the top!
We got married at the incredible Cavalli Estate in the winelands. Sleek, modern and very classy!

The flowers were my absolute favourite part of the wedding due to the fact that I completely left in the hands of the florist, Heike. I saw the ceremony and colour scheme for the first time upon entering the reception, it took my breath away and was a total surprise!
I had a lovely wedding planner who made the process so easy, she made most of the big decisions when it came to the overall look, feel and style. She combined modern with traditional elements, it all looked absolutely perfect!

Cavalli did the food which was a lovely balance between fine dining and hearty meals! Our cake was made by Sweet Lion Heart, it was lemon poppy seed and raspberry curd with basil icing, absolutely delicious!
