On the 2nd of March I married the one whom my soul loves very dearly. It was a fairy tale that came true in a beautiful garden of L'antico Giardino with close friends and family. We cherished the intimate moments together as husband and wife. May our young, but strong love conquer all.
My husband and I went on honeymoon to the white sandy shores of the beautiful island Zanzibar. We had a lovely stay at Karafuu Beach Resort and Spa in a sea view room situated along a palm-fringed beach. We as newly weds explored the oceans of Zanzibar snorkeling with dolphins, starfish, fish and unfortunately jellyfish. When we were not in the sea we enjoyed the pool overlooking the beach and ocean with ice cold beverages in the pool bar.
Natural, Glowing and Elegant
My unique feminine dress was hand crafted by Rochelle von Veh the founder of Vonvé Bridal Couture. The bodice was constructed with hand applied lace and sheer fabric. This elegant gown was mermaid style with delicate blush lace as an under layer. The long train veil with lace appliques complimented my dress.
Alecia Joubert from Ubella perfectly applied my natural make-up. She then styled my hair into beach curls.
I decided on a Maithë Luxury nude block high heels for comfort. The shoes fasten at the front and has elegant detail.
For jewellery and accessories I stayed true to myself with stunning pear drop earrings.
As a gift from my husband I wore Victoria's Secret lingerie.
The Kitchen at L'antico Giardino in Lanseria is the ideal venue for an intimate reception and wedding. The garden and gently splashing fountains created a lovely outdoor atmosphere.
Coreen from Love Beloved arranged garden roses, oyster lisianthis and greenery for the floral runners and bouquets. My bouquet was loosely arranged in a cascade with blooms beautifully tied with blush ribbon.

My handsome groom wore a three piece light grey suit from Sartoria Milano, a double cuff shirt with cuff links, Steve Madden brown leather shoes and a Fossil watch. The groomsmen wore charcoal pants and leather shoes.
My three gorgeous bridesmaids wore navy off shoulder sheer dresses from Witchery and nude or brown heels. They looked very trendy and feminine in their flowy dresses.
Louzelle van Dyk captured the special moments of the day. She is excellent at her occupation and used the light to capture our story.
The Forum provided all the food and the fresh canapes for the guests to enjoy while they waited. Georgie from Isabellas made the most delicious cheesecake.
