Getting a second chance at happiness is rare and beautiful and I was able to share it with people that mean the world to me!
We spent our honeymoon in Knysna. It was a fun filled week with new adventures and some bonding time.
We went with a rustic country look! Simplicity was key. Our colours were Taupe, Navy and White with accents of gold. I loved my lace dress designed by Anita Creative Designs and felt like a Queen. Our make-up was done by Lure Dicker and this young woman made us feel so beautiful and special throughout the process. Shoes and jewellery were kept simple yet elegant while the men rocked the jeans, white shirt and waistcoat's. I love how our theme came together and carried throughout the wedding attire and set-up.
We got married at the lovely Thatchwoods Wedding Venue at Holmeleigh Farm Port Elizabeth. It has a stunning Rustic feel and is just breath taking.
The basic Décor was provided by Thatchwoods but we also brought in our own. We had a real fairy-tale atmosphere with the wooden beams draped in fairy lights. The flowers were made-up by FLOWERS PE and we had them sprayed to match our colour scheme. We had beautiful lanterns on the tables with candles and floating roses.
We kept it simple with blue jeans, white shirts and Taupe waistcoats made by Anita.
They wore Navy Lace Dresses and White lace wedges. It was inspired by a vintage country look.
