Through the rain, mud and thunder storms in the middle of nowhere, we were blessed from above with a magical day.
The guests were escorted with 4x4's through the mud and rain to the chapel in the mountain. Definitely worth the effort with spectacular views. An adrenaline pumping experience for the guests, making it a day they would never forget. Even though its fashionable for the bride to be late, the bride arrived 30 minutes before the last guests arrived. With rain pouring down, the chapel doors opened and with Bootstraps - stand by me, the wedding party entered the chapel. I remember all I could think of is "WOW, I cannot believe today I will marry my best friend", I didn't see the rain or mud, I just saw my future with this man I came to love so dearly. With the "I do" the heavens roared with thunder in awe and I became your wife.
The wedding reception was held in a rustic barn on a lion farm. The atmosphere was so romantic with fairy lights and candles lighting up the venue as brightly as the love we have for each other.
