WOW! There are so many magical moments that happens on this day. But my Favorite was when i walked down the aisle towards Shaun. I spotted him through the forest trees and almost immediately started crying. My heart was overflowing with love and emotions.

We first went to Phuket, Thailand for a few days and then to an Island, Koh Samui, Thailand for the rest of the time.

As the venue was so relaxed and fairy tale forest atmosphere - i went with loose curls with 2 "crown" braids, this was all accessorized with a beautiful hair vine from Carlize Jewelers (last years winners jewelry designer)
My makeup was a natural look with a smokey eye - Monita is so good at what she does and made me feel so beautiful :)

We got married at Die Woud, Caledon
Its a magical Forest wedding. You get married between the 100's of trees and then the canape / reception area is in a glass tent surrounded by more trees.
Die Woud is in perfect harmony with nature nestled between established oak trees and majestically tall wattle forests.

We choose Proteas as the theme to the wedding
Everything was pale pinks, greens and rose golds.
The tables was a natural look with penny-gum flower runners and rose gold candelabras and vases, with lots of Proteas and white candles
Jorisna took exactly the picture i had in my mind and recreated it on the tables - she is truly amazing with a great gift and kind heart.
At the arch, where we got married, we had giant white paper flowers that was created by Hermien from Plank Kreatief - all i can say is WOW !!!!! This really blow my mind and really made a statement at the ceremony. Perfect Backdrop with all the green trees for the most amazing moment.
