We got married at the beautiful Oakfield farm. We had our bridal party sleep over at the Oakfield guesthouse which was part of our package for the wedding.

I jogged religiously for 3 months before the wedding, I hired a personal trainer to help me target the areas I wanted to lose weight most and I did home remedy facials weekly.
I went for a clean white, crystal and a touch of black for the decor. Chose white roses and artificial hydrangeas.

The Groom wore a tuxedo and his entourage wore elegant black suits, white shirts and bow ties.
The suits were custom made by the Phiri brothers.
My bridesmaids wore champagne elegant mermaid dresses with a tail that made them look like mini brides with white lace detail on the top of the dress to the neck.
They were dressed by Zodwa bridal
Our Marraige officer was Pastor Andrew Christie of Willow Hill Church
Our photographer was the talented Sam Phiri of Sam Phiri Phography and videographer was Faith of RawKraft.
Nope, I planned everything by myself and it came out as I had imagined
There was no need for transport
The food was by Oakfield farm, we had a 5 course summer meal and it was exquisite!
I had a semi-naked 3 step and 3 falvoured beautiful and delicious cake with orchids from Sugar-n-Ice by Kate de Waal

I wish my husband had taken dancing lessons !
We had a live band by Blacque Soul! Very entertaining and relevant!
