My memorable moment was walking in the church and noticing important people whom I saw 15 years ago and I felt so loved and important that they drove 5 hours to be with me the day. Walking into the ceremony I was surprisingly calm. Johan was overcome by emotion and I felt so blessed and overwhelmed. It was such a special ceremony and you could absolutely feel the presence of the Holy Spirit. Everything felt so right and I was so happy. Being in church and making a promise not to your husband only, but to God as well, for me that was the most important thing to do in my life. Giving yourself to one another but being 1 in Christ. When I look at our memories of the day, all you see is such joy, happiness and LOVE!
Yes, we went to Knysna, Tsitsikama, Oudtshoorn, Aguila Game Reserve
We got married at Windmeul Kelder in "agter-Paarl"
The night before the wedding me and my 2 bridesmaids went to Mangwanani Spa (moonlight spa).
They wore black suites with white shirt and red tie.
Groom wore black suite with white shirt and red tie and red waistcoat
Both wore red dresses which we made for them....I googled a lot for my type of style.
My flower girl wore a black dress.
