Highlight of the day walking down the aisle with my father & i only had eyes for my future husband. i was so excited and could not wait to marry Ivan.
We also had a random owl present during the ceremony, sitting on a branch above us!!
The weather held up, as we had thunderstorms all week leading up to our big day, and it turn into a beautiful Summer afternoon and evening.

Wedding dress: special friend, Megan Strydom, whom I've known since grade 1; today she is a very successful fashion designer & dress maker @Megan Design Studio. Absolutely loved my dress it was exactly what I wanted and fitted me like a glove.
Shoes I bought from Dunes @Edgars store. Heels were perfect and comfortable to move around.

New Holme Guest farm is situated halfway between Johannesburg and Cape Town on the N1, and can accommodate 27 guests.
The farm, outdoor & beautiful landscape of the Karoo convinced us to have our wedding here.
Owners, PC & Mariska Ferreira, did so much for us on the day and the days leading up to it!

Am: I wash , cleanse and day cream and apply sunscreen
Pm: wash, tone and night cream.

We are active on the farm. I take the dogs every morning early for a walk /run. I love horse riding and gardening and helping out with the sheep. This keeps me fit and healthy.
