My wedding day started off at the beautiful Mentors Kraal county estate where myself and all the bridesmaids were spoilt to a lovely buffet breakfast we then proceeded to start with hair and make up and from there everything got magical. Johan wolmerans got there with my dress and it was time! Walking down the isle towards my husband was the most beautiful moment as he got teary eyed as we looked at each other, from that second onwards the day just got more magical. The photos we took and moments we had just looking at each other and taking our day in were things that one will never forget. Everything was perfect, from my venue set up to my dress, my make up and of course the wedding bands. A lot of time and effort went into creating my wedding day but there is not a single thing I would change about it. The 15th of December 2018 was truly the most beautiful day surrounded with all the closest people to us to share it as well.
Yes we did go on honeymoon, we flew out the very next day.
We went to Thailand.
What a wonderful experience. With all the excitement still in the air, my husband flying for the first time ever and both of our first times over seas this trip really brought us even closer together.
My wedding look was quite a mixture of things. I went for a very boho/vintage/chic look.
I had a beautiful mermaid style dress on created by Johan Wolmerans.
My nails were done by Chelsea that works at glow and go beauty, and were encapsulated with real flowers and glitter beautiful and so different.
My spray tan was done by Nude Tan. Nadine Smuts did a wonderful job there.

My lingerie was a white body suit with suspenders and that came from La Senza
My make up was done by a magnificent artist Aashiqa from Inglot make up.
My dress jewellery came from Lovisa.
The wedding bands were made by Ernst Wilson jewellery and that is just breath taking.

Not really planners no, but Githe from mentors kraal helped a lot.
The food was prepared by Ian who works at mentors.
It was incredible. We had canapes that were spring rolls with a sweet chilly dipping sauce as well as a bread table with different cheeses and spreads and toppings. For starter we had savoury crepes with a cheese sauce. For mains the guests had the option of lamb shank or chicken schnitzel with a mushroom sauce and the sides. For dessert we had Italian style smores with a choc dipping sauce with strawberries and ice cream.
