Our entire day was beautiful, more than we could have ever dreamt of. Everything worked out so well. I had the most relaxed morning spending it with my sisters who supported me with every step of my wedding planning process. My nephews were running around playing creating a joyful and relaxed atmosphere. My highlights would definitely be receiving and reading a letter from my husband, the moments I shared with my mother while getting ready, seeing the groom's reaction and the rush of emotions right during the ceremony. The tears of joy shared between myself and my parents during the handing over ceremony is something I will never forget. We really had a fairy tale wedding and I would not change one single detail.
We had the most amazing honeymoon at Elephant Hide of Knysna guest lodge. Knysna is such a beautiful place. We spent four days at the guesthouse our room had the most gorgeous view of the lake and the staff were amazing.
I wore the most beautiful gown by Maggie Sottero. It was mermaid style, backless with the most beautiful lace. Everything came together so well on the day. My hair was made in a soft, classic upstyle. My makeup was very soft not too bold. I bought the most beautiful shoes from Imaani they were so comfortable. I got my lingerie from woolies. I received the most beautiful necklace from my husband the morning of the wedding that I wore on the day.

My bridesmaids were absolutely gorgeous. Their dresses were soft nude pink and beautiful. We bought their dresses from YDE.
Dawid Botha photography did our photography and videography. They were absolutely amazing they captured every single moment without us knowing they were there. Please note the pictures posted on this page is not their work, they were taken by our guests. We did not make use of a photo booth but we have a polaroid camera stand for our guests and used the pictures as our guestbook.
