The highlights and memorable moments of my wedding day:
- When I saw my husband waiting for me at the end of the isle to receive me as his bride.
- Worshipping our Lord and Savior in the wedding ceremony.
- Kissing my husband for the very first time. We had both decided that we would save our first kiss for our wedding day.
- Having the privilege of honoring and blessing our parents at the reception.
My husband and I went to Cape Town for our Honeymoon. We had a beautiful time filled with site seeing and memorable adventures together.
I went for a very plain but Elegant look for my wedding day.
My hair was done with soft curls to the side by my hairdresser Natalie May (082 851 1803).
My dress was done by a fantastic dress maker named Christa (0729359096). My dress had a beautiful bodus that was covered in lace and the rest of the dress was plain with a straight drop to the ground.
My shoes were one of my favorite parts of my wedding look they were covered in a beautiful bling, very contrast to my dress which I loved. My shoes were purchased at Lady day in Kolonade shopping center.
My boquates was unique and added a perfect finish for my look. My boquates were made from material and done by Ilana Welmans (0746622906)
We git married on the 15th of December 2018 at Camelotte wedding venue in Hartebeespoort.
My husband and I
Selected our wedding decor ourselves. We decided to go for a silver and white colour scheme with a touch of aqua. Our center pieces had Pebbles with a flower held between the Pebbles, submerged in water with a beautiful aqua LED light shinning up through the vase.
My groom wore a English tuxedo that he hired from black tie in Hillcrest.
The groomsmen wore black pants with a white shirt which was bought from Woolworths and silver men suspenders.
My bridesmaids wore a beautiful turquoise dress.
Our photographers for our wedding day was Ligsteuring Fotografie (0844988837).
We were very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them. They are two very kind and passionate photographers.
Our wedding venue made the food for our wedding day. It was great food that our guests complimented on.
A special friend Anicke van der Merwe made our beautiful wedding cake. Again our guests complimented on how our beautiful wedding caked looked and taster.
We had a very special family friend who designed our wedding logo.
We had a great wedding reception.
We had a DJ named who did our sound and lighting. He was well prepared and ensured our reception was fun.
