Although the whole day was an absolute highlight, my biggest highlights of the day was seeing my husband’s face as I walked down the aisle,walking out of the chapel as husband and wife, definitely the first dance and the intimate moments we spent together.
We went to Langebaan and Blouberg for our honeymoon.
I wanted to feel royal and plain at the same time.
My hair was done by Shirley-Anne Bezuidenhout, make up done by Kayla Bosman.
My dress was made by Marvin Roman and shoes were custom ordered from Nike.
Lingerie came from Bras & Things, jewellery was from France
We got married at Langkloof Roses in Wellington.
A few guests stayed the night and they stayed on the farm.
I just got my nails done two days before the wedding day.
A few months before that I got Dermalogica skin products and used those twice a day daily.
Decor was all the furniture from the venue, flowers were all foliage and king proteas.
The lighting was done by Eric Collins lighting.
The groom wore a suit bought and tailored at C-Squared in Canal Walk, Cape Town. His shoes were also custom made by Nike.
Groomsmen wore navy pants, white shirts and brown shoes.
Bridesmaids wore floral pink body suits bought at Edgars and dusty pink tule skirts.

The food was prepared by Linda Bruyns and the wedding cake was made by Wade’s Cakes.

We did one lesson for our dance. The lighting was on the dance floor by the venue and DJ was Nico from soundcheck productions.
