Erich and I met at work, I had been with the company for 3 years and he was a new paramedic starting. I was never looking for love as I had been widowed a few years back. Our friendship blossomed and our love grew. Two lonely people thinking they would never fall in love again and fate brought them together with the encouragement from work collegues.
We then had a lot of difficulty at work and we both opted to resign, we moved into a little shack with no electricity and hot water. During this time I also was fighting for my grandson safety and I eventually got to become his foster mommy. Erich who has never had children took this on with such patience and amazement.
We had been through so many challenges in the year we have been together but despite all this we continue t move forward.
One night under the stars sitting by the fire with a full moon he got down and proposed no plan just did it. our ring was a piece of foil rolled up ;-)
I said yes and the plans began, we dont have a service provider as we on a budget but this wedding is taking place in the most beautiful setting under the moonlight.
