The first highlight was the morning of the wedding when my mom woke me up with a hot cup of coffee and a special letter from her that had me in tears.
I will never forget the moment I saw my husband's face as I was walking down the aisle. I knew I was looking at the love of my life and my future. we were both very emotional and trying to keep the tears in.
My favorite part of the reception was spending the time with our family and friends and all the fun we had dancing the night away.

We went and stayed at Ballito in KwaZulu-Natal for an amazingly romantic week. The week was filled with romance and adventure. We decided to go shark cage diving as a newly wed couple and had so much fun. We stayed in a beautiful hotel and we spent a lot of time on the beach.
Wedding dress was made by my amazingly talented mother in law. Who did a wonderful job to give me the perfecy elegant, romantic, fairytale dress.
My necklace was a white gold chain that was given to me by my mothe for my 21st birthday. With a pearl pendant and matching pearl earings.
My shoes were jeweled wedges that were ideal to walk around in on the gravel road and grass.
My hair and make-up was simple and natural with neautral colors. And my hair was half up half down.
I got married at De Harte Venue in Onderstepoort pretoria. My guests stayed in a neerby guesthouse.
I tried to eat healthy in order to get my skin glowing. I excersized about 3 times a week by dancing and biking. But i wasn't to stressed about losing weight as I knew my husband loves me as I am.
I had a daily skincare routine of cleansing, exfoliating and moisturising. I used Hey Gorgeous's products as they are all natural and cruelty free.
My decor was simple and elegant. I had greenery on the guests tables with white candelabra and lots of candles. We had personalized underplates for each guest.
The flowers for my wedding was done by Heather Cordell. She did an amazing job and everything looked wonderful!
There was uplighting and twinkle lights at the reception which really gave the venue a romantic atmosphere.
Our colors were marroon and grey and we incorporated it through the candles
on the tables as well as floral arrangements at the ceremony.
The groom wore a grey suit, with a marroon under jacket, grey shirt and black tie. He wore grey shoes.
The groomsmen wore black dress pants, white shirts and marroon suspenders.
