I had three highlights.
1. The pastor provided a memorable service. He was funny and witty at the right times and spoke with such meaning. He honestly made it very special and different from any other service i had experienced.
2. We had the best time with our photographer and videographer. We still laugh today about hilarious moments we had taking photos.
3. We decided closer to the end of the night to go outside together to look into our venue at all at our family and friends celebrating who came together for us. We got to take a moment as husband and wife before the night could escape us, taking a chance to embrace our wedding day.
We have not gone on holiday as yet, however we wish to go to Thailand in 2019 for our belated honeymoon ◇
My hair and makeup was done by the fantastic Tammy (pro-makeup). We went with the plain and simple makeup with a dramatic eyeshadow.
I had my hair down with soft curls. To match my rustic but classy theme.
My wedding dress was supplied by Wendy from (Coral Island) witch her supplier abroad made. The bodess of the dress with a see through lace with a low cut back. Elegant and soft elastic satin flowing into a lace trail matching the bodess topped with see through pearl sequence.
My shoes were gorgeous rose gold glittered heels matching my rose gold main table cloth.
Something Old- My late grandmothers ring that i inherited to honour her.
Something New- My bold and sparking earings
Something Borrowed- Diamante head clip.
Something Blue- A locket with my late fathers photos inside with a blue ribbon attaching it to my bouquet.
We got married at the most breathtaking little hidden gem called The Calderwood Hall situated in the Midlands Boston.
The venue had enough accommodation for all my guests to stay the night. This definitely ensured a long lasting party. The service is like no other that you have experienced.
The food was absolutely mouth watering!
My fresh and flowers were from (Just Flowers ) in florida road.
I had attention snatching rose gold candle holders with black candels to bring out the colour. I had a burgandy runner through the raw wood tables to bring some contrat supplied by (weddings& functions by Jackie).
I had a stinning rose gold table cloth for the main table to reflect in the venue supplied by ( Labola -Casey).
The Groom had his Burgandy suit with a silk collar tailor made by (Cenci Boutique & Cenci Brands) In gateway shopping Mall.
The groomsmen hired their suits from ( Eurosuit).
The groomsmen had superheroe socks and superhero cufflinks with engraved personalized flasks supplied by ( The wedding store) in florida area.
The Gorgeous bridesmaids wore a cute but classy burgandy cocktail dress passing the lenth on the knee with a cheecky slit on the side. The top of the dress had a cute but small frill to bring some character. Boning was added to give it a straight cut look.
Our Marriage officers was )Frank Booysen) whom performed the most memorable service i could gave asked for.
Our photographer and videographer was (Conway photography) . What an amazing job they did. They made us feel so comfortable and allowed us to have so much fun doing so.
We were very glad that we went ahead with a videographer because they captured all the perfect moments for us to live over again. The service and quality of work was worth it all.
We did not get a planner as i wanted to be apart of every moment for my wedding without missing a thing. I only had four months to plan my wedding and I would do it all over again.
No transport was needed as the guests slept at the venue the day before the wedding to get ready there.
We decided to do our bottom ( 3rd) tear full of rose gold glazed Krispy Kreme donuts. The second tear was full of tinkies with rose gold glitter on it . The top tear was a red velvet cake from (chateau gateaux ).
The food was prepared by the venue itself.
I had printed and prepared all my stationary. ♡
