My wedding look was inspired from the Beauty and the Beast Disney movie. I wanted to look like a modern princess.
Hair - was done to have long loose curls to compliment the beautiful elegant tiara I wore in a half up and half down style.
Make up - I had gold, brown and black make up done to compliment my tanned skin.
Wedding dress: my dress was hired from a company in durbanville called Weddings by Design. It had a gorgeous long lace trimmed train with beautiful lace and sparkles all over the dress, with a low V back also complimented with more lace trimmings.

We were so blessed to have our wedding weekend at Picardie Guest Farm in Paarl, Cape Town.
The groom and bride parties all arrived Friday evening with us to have a lovely braai and prepare for the big day. We were also given rooms to stay in for the weekend which made it so convenient and special.
Then Saturday morning, 3rd November 2018 the ladies all had breakfast together apart from the boys. They served fantastic traditional breakfast and had some fresh fruit and yoghurt too.
Our whole wedding decor and look was inspired from a fairy tale Disney movie called Beauty and the Beast.
The tables centre pieces was a beautiful red rose with small fairy lights surrounding it in a glass dome with some extra candels around it to create the romantic vibe we loved.
We also managed to get some props of the characters from the movie like Mrs Pots (the tea pot), Chip (the tea cup), Lumiere (the candelabra) and Cogsworth (the clock). Which added an extra special look to our wedding.
Over the year of planning we managed to collected so many fairy lights which we used all over, to wrap most of the big trees by the venue as well as lighting up walk ways and railings.
We also arranged to have biodegradable floating lanterns to float around in the gorgeous dam where we got married over on the jetty.
Groom: Wore black pants with a white collar shirt, black waistcoat, black tie and a dark red pattern blazer.
Groomsmen: Wore dark Grey pants with matching blazers, black collar shirts with red Ties.
The men all hired their suits from Suit Hire in Paarl
My three bridesmaid wore deep red Infinity dresses. I had them all wear their dresses in a different styles so they had their own look. I arranged to have the dresses made from an amazing company in Plattekloof Called ZA Made of Honor.

Our photo booth, DJ and Videographer was done by the company called The Party Technician.
Both of these service providers did an amazing job at capturing all the perfect moments of our special day and would certainly recommend them to any soon to be bride and groom.
