We've known each other since grade1. Didn't really hang out in the same friend groups. Brian and my twin brother where team mates for school debate. Before we even became friends he told my brother one day he is going to marry me. We only became friends in grade 11 and started dating in grade 12 and now its 7 going on 8 years later and we are finally getting married. We've had so many life adventures together and can't wait for the adventure to continue after we get married.
Well I was sure Brian was going to propose on our 7 year anniversary it was over a weekend and then he didn't. He didn't want me to expect any thing so the weekend after he picked me up on the sunday morning telling me nothing ...he drove us to a place next to the crocodile river in magaliesberg and there was this nice romantic picnic set up that we enjoyed. After the picnic we went down to the river and he went down on his knee and proposed it was so amazing he stressed so much and it was perfect in everyway. I love him with all my heart so of course I said yes!
