We had the most amazing wedding weekend at De Uijlenes in Gansbaai.
Every moment was magical, but if I had to choose 3 of my memorable moments, this would be it:
1) My grandfather drove me to the ceremony from the house my bridesmaids and I got ready and when he saw me, he couldn't hold he tears back. There wasn't a dry eye in the room as he held onto me and wept.
2) My mom walked me down the aisle to my husband and I have never experienced such an equal amount of overwhelming peace and extreme excitement at the same time - and my mom felt it too. We kept on squeezing each others hands in excitement as we made our way to the altar.
3) My husbands face when he saw me walk down the aisle and the moment we entered into covenant before our Father. We felt really close to God as our pastor prayed over us while our friends and family held out their hands and blessed us.
We are saving up to travel as soon as our budget allows it.
We were privileged enough to be able to stay in the Tsogo Sun Hotel in Cape Town Gardens for a few days after our wedding. We had the best time together and we did a lot of exploring in our own beautiful city.

We had an intimate wedding with 80 guests and our venue fee included accommodation for 50 guests.
We had a wedding wedding and since my husbands friends and family all came from the Northern Region, they spent the entire weekend.
With two equally unique and different wedding venues on the farm to choose from and surrounded by glorious countryside, you will be blown away.
We went for a very romantic but minimalistic theme.
Our color schemes were a combination of rose gold and dusty pink and we had greenery runners on the tables.
We had a huge bonfire outside which created the best vibe and there were fairy lights everywhere! It was magical.
De Uijlenes has the most amazing duo who organized everything from decor to lighting to flowers. Nel and Christien from The Husband Wife Team amazed us.

It was the most flattering look on all of the girls and they can wear it again.
