The ultimate highlight would be that I got to Marry my Best Friend, and that we got to share our most amazing day with all our Friends and Family whom we adore.
Guests saw me dancing down the aisle to ABBA, got to throw paper planes at us, got to take individual polaroid snaps that now make up our guestbook.
Donut wall, smoke flares, sharing so much love and happiness with the people we love and care about, sneakers etc - way to many amazing feelings and memories to share.
A stand out will definitely have to be that our Single Lady who caught the bouquet and the Single Gentleman who caught the garter may be a Love match #watchthisspace <3
We have not gone on Honeymoon yet, Mark owns his own business, so it is very difficult to set time aside for traveling, especially now in Summer as it is his busiest time. But we are hoping to go next year April/May.

Rev. Glenn Craig who has been marrying couples for 53 years and Crystal who is currently completing her studies. We were Blessed to have a wonderful team of two marrying us.
Kiekie Lief - A husband and wife team. Ess shoots the video and Carla captures the most amazing photos.
It really is hard to put into words how important photo's of your special day really are - as it literally captures the day, the vibe and memories. Trusting Carla and Ess with this momentous task was probably the easiest thing for us to do. Their professionalism, kindness, friendliness and just all round awesome vibe made us feel comfortable and so happy. They shot our engagement shoot and will definitely be shooting all our future milestones as a family.
We absolutely love the sneak peak that we have received : )
In Grahamstown it is very rare to find a co-coordinator.
But I was very lucky - I had the most amazing group of Vendors and the best MC who were there to ensure the day ran smoothly.
Transport was probably at the bottom of my to do list. Although we both appreciate the old classics, practicality won (due to the dirt road we had to travel) and we borrowed two fortuners (white and gold) from family members and just added ribbon.
Cibo, a new caterer in town who makes the most amazing food did our catering.
Cake - Vanilla Cake was made by Divine Baking and my Mom made our traditional Fruit Cake - both cakes were devoured by our guests - so no cake to cut at our Future Child's christening (haha).
I designed my invitations, thank you cards etc, but had assistance with our programs (Jilly Bean Design).
Dupli Print assisted with the printing.
Dance - We took dance lessons in preparation for our First Dance. We danced to Gone by Phillip Phillips. We both have two left feet, and even though we got a bit lost during the routine, our guests made us feel so comfortable.
Music - We had a local DJ who also sings. Garry provides his own sound and lighting.
Our reception was super laid back, such Fun!
