The hightlight of our day was my husband's speech he made to me as his wife...very emotional and very touching and memorable witnessing my husband so open and in touch with his emotions ❤the lowlight was when our family member's from CAPE TOWN had to leave to go back home suddenly the house was quiet again.
We went to Pine Lake Marina in Sedgefield was lovely just to unwind but we had to take our 5yr old with us because we didnt want to leave him with family lol.
Believe it or not we had our wedding at home in Sherwood Port Elizabeth we draped out entertainment area and Nadeema was in charge of the draping and decor...my beautiful flowers were from Thandi florist in Sundridge Park Port Elizabeth my dress was made by a friend of mine Anne and my lingerie was from the Woolworths bridal collection overall i went for a classic look that would be timeless yet stunning for our low budget wedding.The catering was done by Riaan and Yolanda Jonker who has the own spitbraai business and the food was finger licking and they looked professional when doing the spit all uniformally dressed. Besides the fact that it rained all day we had a blast of a day❤
We got married at our home in Sherwood Port Elizabeth some of the guests stayed with us prior to the wedding and left for cape town a day after the weddings. Was nice to have them share in Our day.
I was trying to eat healthy but acne has been a problem all my life so Nuraan who is a qualified beautician was treating my skin as we approached the wedding with facials and peels etc.
The groom wore a navy suit which he purchased from Edgars Greenacres.
We had no groomsman because we got married at such a late stage of our relationship we did want to make a fuss. Our sons were the ring barriers and the outfits were bought at Jet stores Greenacres PORT ELIZABETH.

Our marriage officer was Pastor Henry Williams from Ebenezer Church in Gelvandale Port Elizabeth.
Mr Greg Quantoi was the the person responsible for capturing our precious moments he is self employed from Schauderville Port Elizabeth the service and patients he had with us was awesome would use him again in the future loved the photo's.

The Mustang we used for the day was a gesture from my brother inlaw Bernard Cannon from Kuilriver Cape Town.
The food was prepared by Riaan and Yolanda Jonker from spitnbraai in Despatch port elizabeth .The triple layer chocolate mousse cake was made by Pearl whom made us a beautiful lush cake and she is from Malabar port elizabeth .
We sent out invites with a foto with all our details...but my cousin Sherolyn Dalpat printed a little program with the events of the day the starting time of every little moment also a thank you note on the bottom for all who travelled near and far.
We had no dancing but we had a laptop hooked up to speakers jyst playing some soft music in the background..most people was just enjoying the fellowship of being together and catching up lovely family time all in all.
