Walking down the aisle with my father and seeing my husband to be in absolute awe! He could not stop looking at me. Our ceremony was perfect and exactly how God wanted our service to be.
The speeches were so memorable and my husband touched the entire room with his words as well as his speech to his dad which is in heaven looking proudly down on us.
I absolutely loved our photographer Celize Czichon, she made each shot so memorable!
We had a lovely short time at the Royal St. Andrews Hotel and Spa and Port Alfred. It was our mini moon, we still have to go on Honeymoon.
We didn't have much time to save for a honeymoon, my father-in-law was sick with cancer.. we moved our wedding forward so he could be with us on our big day but he sadly passed before our special day.
I went for a very elegant plain look but yet made a beautiful statement. My dress was fitting to suit my body type and was just the perfect dress for me.. the detail on the back and the train was my absolute favorite!
My hair was up to show off my dress, I had a beautiful plait and rose gold wreath clips in ny hair to match my rose gold earrings.
I didn't want to wear too many accessories as I found my dress to be perfect and enough without them.
My make up suited my face with dark bold eye shadow to make my big blue eyes stand out.. absolutely gorgeous artistry for photographs. I also had lash extensions to just finish the elegant look.
Our venue was on a beautiful farm called the Blue Barn. Our venue owners 'The Fletchers' made sure our day was perfect, from decor to food to the cake and dessert! We didn't have to worry about a thing!
The farm was situated just out East London so it wasn't too far from our Guests homes.
I had i-Lipo on my hips and legs which is a lazer lipo treatment.
I gymed frequently at our gym in our suburb.. Body Culture Beacon Bay
Our decor.. flowers and venue was plain yet elegant and pretty. We had few draping in the Barn with gorgeous little fairy lights and chandeliers draped across the ceiling. We had a ladder suspended above our main table with greenery and flowers hanging from it and we had eucalyptus greenery runners along the tables with lots of candles.
The decor was gorgeous farm barn bits and pieces giving the room a rustic look with assorted chairs and naked tables. Our main table had huge wine barrels for decor.. rustic look and to represent our love for wine!
My husband wore navy chinos with white shirt, burgundy suspenders and a beautifully slim fitted blazer jacket from Woolworths.
The groomsmen wore the same chinos, white shirts and burgundy suspenders.
My special ladies wore a gorgeous ivory and beige flowy dress with a criss-cross back. I wanted to keep the color of their dresses simple, not too bold and absolutely elegant to compliment my dress. I also wanted them to have a beautiful detailed back to go with the style of my dress.

Our brother-in-law was our marriage officer. It was so special to have someone close to us, who knows our story and whom we felt absolutely comfortable with.

Our Wedding Photographer was Celize Czichon Photography. She was the absolute best and captured every moment perfectly. She was the highlight of our wedding day and we are forever grateful that she gave us the best memories captured on paper! We felt so comfortable with her and made a new friend in our lives.
Our Videographer was Michael Beyers. He did an absolutely outstanding job with our video, every time I watch it I cry tears of joy and emotion. I would definitely recommend a videographer to all bridal couples! Michael was there doing his thing and just made us feel important and comfortable!
I planned my day with the help of my hubby Jethro Flügel.
Our venue manager Stephanie Fletcher helped and organized everything she could from her side. I wouldn't have done it without her!
Our venue The Blue Barn did all our food, Wedding cake, donuts for the tiers of the cake and the dessert.
We had a beautiful harvest table full of assorted snacks, fruit, cheeses, meat and pattés for starters. Our main meal was pizza! We had 7 different types of pizza. Our dessert was 5 different puddings and tarts and our cake was a decadent baked chocolate cake with donuts decorated on top as well as donuts on the tiers and a donut board. "All you need is love and donuts!"
I had a picture in my head if what I wanted. A gorgeous navy invitation with burgundy and gold floral detail.. a photostrip of pictures of myself and hubby and the guests names printed and combined all together.
This was brought to life by a good friend of ours Hanri Bosch.
The guests names, menus, seating plan and thank you labels were all designed and printed by myself!
We had a DJ which did a fantastic job and kept the party alive all night! We were grateful for Ryan Heidtmann.
