Gorgeous, elegant and special!!!
It was a sunny day with the most pretty mountain-view you can think of.
I walked in on a song that was a surprise, we read our vows out loud, I engraved on his ring and we let doves flew away together.
The detail, lights and candles were irreplaceable.
Feeling like the most beautiful woman on that day, I couldn't help smiling the whole time.
We used helium balloons for the photos, we took photos nearby a dam with the sunset behind us. We ate like kings!
Our cake was pumpkin cake and we had an ice-cream self-help deli which was divine.
We choreographed our own dance-song and I wrote a song, pre-recorded it and played it for my husband. He was in tears.
The speeches were touching and sincere from the heart.
We enjoyed every second, literally, with our family and friends.
Yes, we went to Zanzibar. It was phenomenal!!!!
It was hot, tranquil, idyllic and the best time of our live.
My wedding look was to be as natural as possible.
I curled my hair and plait a part of it. I also have blonde hi-lights.
My make-up was natural and gorgeous. Colours of light brown and pink were used.
I had white Foschini, dainty high-heel shoes.
My lingerie was a present from my husband, and white.
My jewellery I bought at Swarovski. I just love crystals and anything that blings :)
The wedding dress - detail, beads, lace. Mermaid style with an open-back and a long train.
Kronenburg, Paarl, Western Cape.
The family stayed over on the venue. Some of the guests at guesthouses nearby.
With majestic mountain views and beautiful sunsets, it is ideal for a day never to be forgotten.
Definitely health and fitness!!!!
My decor was a lot of detail. We made a lot of it ourselves like:
Mint-to-be (peppermints)
Salt and pepper sachets
Pick me (toothpick parcel)
Spekboom - guests presents
Filt confetti hearts
Wedding papers handed out in church
We rented under plates, candles and vases.
The venue was white with a lot of fairy lights inside and outside.
The flowers were white and green - roses, jip, luthianthis, asters, ivy leaves and eucalyptus.
The groomsmen wore grey pants, white shirts, black belt and shoes and a pink bow tie with pink suspenders.
The groom wore a black suit, bought at Edgars, a white shirt, a mintgreen tie with black shoes and a belt.
He also wore a Fossil watch which was a birthday present from me.
They wore a flower ripple with white ear rings, and a crystal bracelet.
A short mint green lace top, with a white lace skirt (knee-length) and mint green high heel shoes.

Tersius Gous was our photographer. He is taking pictures that is light and we loved it. He is keen for all kinds of poses. He is fun and his photos are natural.
Our videographer was Chris Wally. He was so willing to literally record every single movement. He made use of slow-moment settings and he captured our love for each other which is priceless!
No, I did everything myself, together with my mom.
My husband's cousin came to pick me up. We drove to the chapel in a BMW!
Kronenburg prepared the delicious food.
Maryke Booysen made our 3-level tier cake. It was pumpkin, carrot and choccocino. DIVINE!!
Tierlantyntjies designed and printed the guest book, my invitations and the wedding paper.
Me and my mom did the rest - name cards, menus on the tables, the thank you letters on the spekboom gift, all the details.
We want for one dance lesson to learn a few lifts. We choreographed the whole dance. It was pretty, I hope :)
I had someone singing live in the church and when everyone enjoyed canapés. We had a DJ when moving into the hall - Maryke Dreyer.
The party was lively till the end. We danced a lot!
