My entire day was filled with so many memorable moments.
1. Being able to organise my own wedding but having my family, like my mom, mother in law, sister in law and grandmother help me set up on the day.
2. My dad and I crying the moment he came to fetch me, to take me to the ceremony.
3. Seeing my husband for the first time before we made our eternal promise to love one another unconditionally.
4. Dancing and having a great time with my friends and family.
5. Finally becoming a MRS!!!
We went to Knysna, for 7 days.
Local is Lekker!!!! We decided to explore our own country and went fishing on the lagoon, a number romantic dinners and of course, the honeymoon massage...What bliss!!!!

I bought my beautiful wedding dress from a company situated in Blouberg.
The dress was so beautiful and I knew it was going to be mine, from the moment I laid eyes on it.
The company who sold the dress is called Tying the Knot and they really make you feel so special. Nasstasia, even asked me one of the most important questions, are you saying yes to the dress? This obviously was the cherry on the cake.
My jewellery was simple and my hair and make up flawless. Thanks to the lovely ladies from the Heartfelt collection.... MONITA 0848561685 and her team really outdid themselves. The flower girls were adorable and my bridesmaids, drop dead gorgeous with their red lips and dramatic make up.
I could not have asked for anything better, than what I received.

We got married at the Atlantic Beach Golf estate. MARISKA and her team were on the ball and were ready to help where ever help was needed.
The guests loved the venue which had the most breathtaking views of table mountain, springbok and lush golfing greens.
The lodge was fantastic and a life saver for those who didn't/couldn't make the journey home.
I didn't really do much of this as the stress alone made me lose weight however I believe a woman should be herself. We often get so caught up in everything, having to be so perfect that we lose sight of what the wedding is actually about.
I wanted to go for simple, yet elegant and classy. My flowers consisted of mainly greenery, white roses and beautiful succulents. JORISNA from the Heartfelt collection was an absolute star who brought what I had envisioned to life. My bridal bouquet was outrageously beautiful and could not have been happier with the outcome.
Leendert my husband got his suit made by Frank bespoke mens tailored suits. Reginald made him feel like he was royalty. Every time he went for a suit fitting he was offered a whiskey and was made to feel like a million bucks. Obviously when I saw him dressed to the nines, I burst into tears. He looked amazing and so handsome.
My beautiful bridesmaids wore burgundy infinity dresses with custom made Jewellery made by Michael Wilson designs.
They looked like divas and I was so incredibly blessed, to have them stand by my side on the most important day off my life.
Jason Children photography and Natasha were incredible. The photos they took were way beyond what I had imagined for my day and they made all my guests feel so comfortable. I'm sure you can tell by my beautiful photos that they are phenomenal at what they do.
No I didn't as I am an event planner and decided to organise my own wedding with the help from my beautiful family. Let's just say I got it from my mama. She is and was my event planner on the day absolutely amazing, no words to describe how organised she was.
It was a golf cart as we got married on a golf course.
It was probably one of the funniest moments of the night trying to get into the golf cart with my husband. A memory and laughter I will never forget. Let's just say my husband is a prop in rugby and I'm not the smallest bride either so it was very entertaining.
A good friend of mine made the most delicious cake I had ever tasted.
It was simple but a cake, that most of my guests still call me about as they want more. The edible flowers were made by a company called icing by design and I can highly recommend them to anyone.
Michael wilson from Brilliant sounds was our DJ, his sound system was extremely impressive and Dj ing skills had everyone up and dancing in no time.
He is extremely professional and keeps to what you and the groom have decided on, especially the not to play songs that most family members insist on playing he he he.
