We enjoyed a week on the beaches of Seychelles enjoying our new adventure together xxx
We did not have a specific colour until one month before the wedding. The whole wedding was rustic, vintage, classic farm style! Fairy lights were draped in the reception and hessian flags decorated the hall. The atmosphere was created with tons of candles and glitter spread across the dance floor!!
Our flowers were simple but eligant making up an arrangements of proteas, baby’s breath/gyp a few roses and a runner consisting of eucalyptus leaves.
Silver Tiffany chairs were used in to reception area and most of the decor was used from the venue itself! Padlangs R25 is an amazing and romantic venue with amazing staff, who helped make our wedding day truly magical!!!
My bridesmaids wore dresses ordered from Hoiden Fashion, online from Port Elizabeth!!! The experience was amazing and they were friendly and helpful, they sent through there colour chart and styles. When those were chosen we sent through the measurements of each bridesmaid and they were perfectly made for each and delivered to my door!! Each bridesmaids name attached to their dress making it that much more special!! Xxx
Our photographer and videographers were simply out of this world!!! There is no words to possibly explain how amazing they were!!! They helped with poses en made the day amazing and memorable! They captured each special moments and worked so well together being two different companies!! I would recommend Soif de Vivre and Lion and Lamb Media House to anyone!!! From helping me get dressed to helping fix the dress as the evening went on they were just amazing!! Felt like friends enjoying these precious moments with us!! Xxx
The wedding stationery I designed myself, my husband then printed it on the type of paper we both decided on and cute them out to the desired size. The main theme that came through on the stationery was proteas
Me and my husband decided not to take dance lesions for our first dance! We were both way to nervous about remembering the steps. We love to “sokkie” and therefore practiced a few nights the week before the wedding!! No one moment did we regret this decision as we fully enjoyed and embraced our first dance, stress free and full of laughter.
Our DJ’s were amazing, there was always people on the dance floor so the read the crowd perfectly! I would definitely recommend them, like their Facebook page, JamJar!!! They did the lighting and the sound in the church and reception area!! They were professional and extremely helpful also taking their own photos as the night continued!!
