Our Wedding was a Traditional Indian Tamil wedding.

I wanted the Simple but elegant look.
My hair was curled and styled into an upstyle with a poof and attached plait with gold hair jewellery, white flowers on under of my upstyle and 2 red roses on the side.
Makeup: Gold with red eyeshadow, black eyeliner, reddish pink blush and Red lipstick that just brought my whole look together....
WEDDING ATTIRE: My Bridal Lengha purchase from New Savera in Durban North. Red and Gold with Stunning Bling and Hand Embroidery. My Jewellery was Gold, with matching gold and red bangles and other hand jewellery matching my outfit with beautiful gold sandal
We got married at the Sashtri Park Community Hall... A Venue that was turn into a Magical Fairy Tale Venue...
Magical Setup:
FOYER: I wanted something special, so we had printed picture of when my husband proposed and this was in A1 frame that was in Foyer of hall along with a Ganesh Statue...
HALL INSIDE: White wall to wall draping with Aqua Blue intelligent lighting, 10 Glass Light up tables along the aisles and round tables with silver tablecloths in centre and silver Tiffany chairs.
Chandelier hanging down the centre of hall was the highlight of the entire hall.
CENTRE PIECES: Silver Crescents, S's, swirls and tall vases with blue and with bouquets...
STAGE DECOR: white draping that was lite up with Aqua Blue intelligent lighting and blue draping on the edges that brought everything together.

Mr and Mrs glass table and cake table.
Along the aisle on either side was light up aisle stands with welcome ladies and white carpet leading you to front of hall.
SOUVENIRS: Heartine bottles that had 3 layers, sea sand, white and blue tiny pebbles, thank you note, silver and blue ribbons ... Our souvenirs was made by my husband and myself that made it even more special. Souvenirs were place around centre pieces accompanied by our blue and silver sweet boxes...
Our Decor was done By SamCat Events, His team had change a community hall into something so magical that my guest want to relive that special day
In a indian Traditional Tamil wedding there are 7 Tray Girls instead of Bridemaids.
All 7 Girls was dressed by The Maharani's Closet, wearing the exact same sarees. The Saree is a 2 tone Royal Blue and Aqua blue with gold embroidery... Something different

Starters - Samoosa, patha roll and chilli bites with juice.
Main- Delicious Veg Breyani with dholl and salad
Desert - Sojee with cream
Cake was made by Pam Homemade Treats, 3 tier cake with white fondant that had pillow design and red Saree draped fondant on 1 side of cake with gold hand designed embroidery pattern from my bridal lengha.
All wedding Stationery was designed and printed by groom and myself with help from my friend who has an eye for arts and craft.
