I spent two months stressing over this day and when it finally came I was calm, from the Glam Squad to the little girls and me dressing them and getting them ready to finally walking into the church and seeing my Husband and avoiding eye contact with him because I had a frog in my throat.
Seeing how gorgeous the chapel was and how handsome my husband was standing there and waiting for me to join him.
My Mom was radiant and ever so beautiful walking me down the aisle to the love of my life. My new parents both looked stunning... I was so excited that I hardly saw anything other than his face all day. I kept checking that he was still there.
My highlight of the day was after saying our vows, his little girl was crying so much and I asked her why she was crying and she replied with 'I am just so happy for your guys!'
I looked and felt like a princess, my glamorous Make Up Artist really worked her magic to make me feel like a bride.
My dress was bought off the rack, shoes were bought for comfort and I always wear very little jewelry and accessories.
I had a handkerchief, handed down from my late Gran to my Mom as my something OLD.
We got married at Memoire Elegante in Ennerdale south of Johannesburg.

Flowers: we used white Lillies in honour of my late Grandmother.
The venue provides fairy lights and a smoke machine for the ambience and mood. We also had props for the pictures for the guests

My Gorgeous Mommy baked and decorated the wedding cake, she is amazinnnnnnnnng!
I designed and my sister in law printed, after which I spent the rest of my 'sick leave' laying and making the wedding invites myself (my now, husband, called me a manic obsessive control freak LOL)
We were so in sync that when we walked into the hall, we danced and danced all the way to the main table and none of it was rehearsed.
