My Husband and I have met 3 years ago. It was absolute love at first sight and I knew then that this will be my future husband and the husband that God has blessed me with. Our love for each other since that day has been never ending and the love of my life asked my hand in marriage last year on the 10th of September. Since then we had started planning on our special day!
I came from work on a saturday afternoon and he set up the most amazing picnic at the back of our garden. I did not expect anything as he is a type of person who will suprise and spoil me on a regular basis. Later that evening, he went inside the house to fetch our dessert. At that time we also got our miniature schnauzer pup who was by that time only a few months old. He came back with her and I noticed that she kept on fiddling with her collar. As I picked her up to see what was wrong, I noticed a ring hanging from her collar. I then immediately burst into tears and he went down on his 1 knee and asked the big question. The best day of my life!
The best moments was definitely when my dad came to fetch me to walk me down the aisle. Seeing his face when he saw me was priceless. Seeing my husband standing as I was walking down was the best and most emotional part of the whole day. Seeing true love in your partner's eyes is one of the best feelings in the world. We could not stop looking at each other. The moment was huge!
Yes we did! The following day we had to rush from the venue back home to pick up our bags and leave to the airport. We ran our little hearts out and we were just in time to board our flight to Thailand. We spent 2 weeks there and it was absolute bliss
