Pravan and I met through a mutual friend.
I had a bad break up and Pravan was the first guy I thought was attractive to me. Only by seeing a photo of him on the friends profile picture on BBM.
I had then asked her who he was and immediately she told me that it would be such a great idea if we spoke.
She then passed on my details to Pravan and we started to chat.
At first we did not take it very serious because I was living in England and Pravan in South Africa.
After a while of chatting since October 2012, we clicked and couldnt stop speaking to each other as friends getting to know each other.
I had then moved back to South Africa in June 2013 and we had decided to meet for coffee.
The minute we saw each other, the attraction was instant and we clicked instantly. We courted for about a month and made our relationship official on the 20th of July 2013.
We knew we wanted to get married and was planning our wedding since January 2017.
We had our pre-wedding photo shoot which Pravan arranged with the photographer and made it seem like the photographer had requested for the shoot.
At the end of our photoshoot, he had asked the photographer to take pics with our cell phones to send to my family in England. Meanwhile the photographer was videoing us. He had then went down on one knee and proposed to me.
It was caught on camera. It was amazing.
My family from England was in town and because I barely see them, I wanted to spend time with them. So we skipped a honeymoon for another time.
Although my aunt had booked us at an amazing accommodation for the wedding night with massages and late breakfast for the morning after.
