How do you pick memorable moments. The whole day was amazing from start to end. Die Akker, my wedding venue, did a really great job at organising everything which mananged to leave me stress free.

My hair and make up was done by angelic allure make up and hair who did a really fantastic job on me and my bridesmaids.
My wedding dress was bought at bridal wardrobe in Melrose Arch. I would recommend them to anyone as they have stunning dresses and make each bride feel special. They know exactly how to find a dress that goes with your curves.
I actually found the most stunning shoes at Edgars as I wanted to buy something I would be able to wear again.
My lingerie was bought at bras n things. They have really stunning things and sell brands such as playboy. The service was great and we managed to find something that feels comfortable and looks great.
Jewelry was made by Kathleen barry who can customize jewelry to make something perfect.
I got married at Die Akker, a very rustic like venue which includes a guesthouse. Furthermore as their guest house was small right next to our venue is another guesthouse which made it very convenient for everyone.
I did not excercise more then usual but I did make sure I eat very healthy. I also made sure I put cream on a daily basis and treat myself to a face mask every now and then.
I went for a vintage look with lots of pink and old books and pearls. The venue is the perfect place for that and privided all my decor.
Furthermore my flowers was pink roses in different shades with babies breath and proteas. This was also done by Die Akker and they were wonderful. My flowers came out better then expected.
The groom wore a blue suit which was bought at edgars with a champaigne tie.
The groomsmen wore beige pants and white shirts which was bought at h & m and each had suspenders and groomsmen badges which I had made at fraai meraai.
My bridesmaids wore pink dresses which I had made for them. The design was actually stolen from a dress I saw at forever new which was just in the wrong colour.
My photographer was Rdk who did an absolute amazing job. She is such a pleasure to work with. She even manages to make my husband feel comfortable who hates photos. She managed to capture every small detail that most people didn't even notice. I am absolutely in love with my photos. She works very quick and sent us a little sneak peak of our photos 2 weeks after the wedding.
My wedding venue comes with a wedding planner. She was absolutely fantastic and knew exactly what I wanted.
As part of the venue they offer a morris for the groom and a horse carraige for the bride. It made absolute gorgeous photos and created a great ambience.
The venue makes use of a company. They were fantastic especially since I am afrikaans and my husband is english so our guests have different taste in music. He manager to get everyone on the dance floor.
