The most memorable moment was when my husband sang for me as I walked down the isle, it was just a perfect moment to witness.
second best highlight was when we went to take pictures, we decided to just stop on the side of the road to take pictures and we captured amazing photos of the day.
No, we never went to honeymoon after the wedding.
I'm a simple person.
I had no makeup on that day, was just natural.
Wore a white ball gown with a bit of petal details from the chest to the waist and a white fur waist jacket from the same boutique, Bliss Bridal.
My shoes were silver pop toe heels, which matched with my silver hair pin and had a bun on my hair.
We got married at Ivory Park hall Tembisa, East of Johannesburg.
It was a one day wedding and most of the guests left that evening, only some family relatives and a few friends remained behind for the night.
Our theme colours were Royal blue and Gold, we got married in a Hall.
From the entrance we had white pillars topped with white flowers on both sides and in the middle of the pillars was a white carpet. Had 20 round tables with 10 chairs per table, a mirror center piece with a cylinder vase that had blue, white and yellow flowers, white table cloths with royal blue runners and royal blue napkins with gold rings.
The stage had, the Bride and Groom main table, two tables for the groomsmen and bridesmaids behind the main table and lights behind the royal blue and gold wall decor.
Decor was done by Modiehi.
The groom was the most handsome man of the day, he wore a three-piece black and white suit, a white shirt and a black bow-tie, accessorised his white and black jacket with a small chain and a polka dot napkin and black shoes.
The Groomsmen wore dark royal blue suits with white shirts, yellow slim ties with yellow pin flowers and dark brown shoes.
All the groom and groomsmen's suits, ties and accessories were bought at Oriental Plaza in Johannesburg.
My ladies were very vibrant and beautiful with their royal blue and yellow dresses, blue shoes and silver hair pins.
Three bridesmaids wore yellow dresses which were royal blue on top and the other three wore the same yellow dresses but which were yellow on top with a blue flower lace and my maid of honor wore the opposite, her dress was blue below and yellow on top.
We got the look from several ideas on the internet and got the dresses tailor made.
Our marriage officer was our church Pastor.
We had our trusted friends behind the cameras, Tinashe our photographer and Zakes the videographer are great friends of the groom.

No we had no wedding planner, everything was planned by us with the help of our friends and families.

Most of the transport were family cars and none were rented.
The groom travelled to the venue with his father's red Mercedes and I travelled with a greyish Mercedes owned by the groom's colleague and friend, if i mention the car models I would be lying as i'm clueless about that.
And our guys and ladies travelled with 4 other different cars.

The food was prepared by our friends, church mates and families from both sides.
Our wedding cake was made by Joey from Joey's Cakes.
The sound was setup by the groom ( yes the groom) and his friends the night before the wedding.
We had a band from a pianist, violinist, bassist to the saxophonist, in short the band consisted of the groom's friends ( he is a musician, so he did all the sound planning himself.)
As for the dance part, I've never danced like I did on that day in my whole life. We came up with our dance moves and had about 4 rehearsals before the wedding.
