Back in 2008 when we met, i knew in my heart that my soon to be best friend would one day become my husband. We started out as housemates, soon became inseparable and not long after, we realized that our friendship was so much more. 8 Years later, on the 27th of August 2016, on top of the magical Drakensberg mountains, with a scenic helicopter flight, he asked me to be his wife. With tears in my eyes and no doubt in my mind, the answer was yes. My husband Dean truly is my soulmate, and today i am proud to say that i made the perfect choice, or the perfect choice was made for me, by HIM.
We got married on the 8th of April 2017, at Gabbata lodge outside Pretoria, a day filled with laughter, excitement and the most special memories, a day i will cherish forever.
Thank you for being a husband i can be proud of, someone who understands me, makes me laugh, cares for me and someone that loves me the way you do. They say that best friends make the best husbands, and i am lucky to say that i have been blessed with the best. I love you Dean!
