To marry the love of my life and soulmate, Michelle Robinson after 6 years of being together.
The memorable moment was to see her face when I walked down the aisle. I saw the love in her eyes and she still adored me after being together for so long.
We got married at Berakah Wedding and functions in Parys. Some guest slept over and we were all spoiled the following morning with breakfast. The best people and venue you can think of for a rustic themed wedding.
Our wedding was rustic themed. Outdoor and being in nature was key. We got married alongside a lovely stream of water. It rained so much that day, but we saw it as a blessing!!! Décor was hired from the venue. Flowers was done by my sister-in-law who is a part-time florist and all the designing of invitations, banners, table settings and all the small details was done by my life long friend since primary school.
Jaco Geldenhuys also known as your-wedding-guy. There was not one guest or family member that DID NOT shed a tear. He spoke from the heart about and with love. It was so special.
Our photographer was Emily Lime from Potchefstroom. She gave so much attention to detail. The best photographer who knows how to capture love and romance through a lens.
Since the venue is on a farm, my transport was a tractor. I loved every moment of the ride down to the stream and back after the I do's.
The venue prepared all our food. It was a feast.
The cake was made locally by the best baker in Parys - Brenda Maloney
My best friend since primary school, she is a graphic designer. It was so special and she really understood me.
