There were two highlights, the first one being after I returned with my bridesmaids (after all the phots was taken), I walked into this amazing room at Avianto and the my Dad and two brothers were waiting for me. Being the last born, I struggled to keep the tears from flowing. The second was the moment I walked into the Chapel and saw my handsome husband waiting for me, I knew this was the day that I've been waiting for all my life.

I opted for less is more, I felt my wedding dress was so perfect I did not need to add a lot of jewellry etc. Hair and make-up was perfectly done by Yolandi Mans from Angelic Allure Make up and Hair, this lady has true talent, everything complemented the whole look so perfectly. I was a ballet dancer for more than 8 years, when it came to deciding what shoes to wear, I knew it was going to be a long day so I decided on pink satin ballet shoes.

I simply fell inlove with the rose-gold trend that went around, so I knew exactly that is what I wanted. Event Inspirations was amazing to work with, they had all the décor that I wanted to get the look just perfect. We combined the rose-gold theme with chrystal candelabra's on the table's etc. We also added wooden tiffany chairs, just to get the balance right.
While I was searching for ideas for the décor I came across a photo with 3 diffrent dresses in the same colour. I wanted my bridesmaids to feel beautiful as well so each one chose their favourite dress and we had it made in a nude/pink colour.

What an amazing photographer, she works her magic all the time. From our engagement shoot, she just made us feel so comfortable that when the wedding day arrived, we knew exactly what to do. The end product was breathtaking and we will cherish that memories forever.

Yes, Lizelle from Avianto helped that the whole day went smoothly and I did not have to worry about a single thing. From the day we booked our wedding up until the day of our wedding she supported us and helped with arrangements.
We got ready at the venue, but transport to the chapel were provided with my Dad's and Brother's cars, for me, my dad and the three bridesmaids. My two brother's drove the vehicles.
