There are no words to describe our wedding day but it was absolutely magical (I know everyone says that but ours really was!) I couldn't wait to marry my best friend and the person I adore and cherish most in this world. I am truly blessed with the best man I could ever have hoped for! It was so special getting married in a forest in front of our family, friends and loved ones. We just loved our day ... everything was perfect!
We went to Dullstroom for 3 days (mainly just to rest and relax) but we're hoping to go on our official honeymoon for our first year anniversary!
My dress is by Modeca and I purchased it from Timeless Bridal Couture in Pretoria. Wendy is is so gifted at what she does and so very passionate. She immediately knew what I wanted - a completely different look. Thanks Wendy!

We got married at Cabbage & Rose Country Venue at Glen Cullen Farm Estate in Mpumalanga. I absolutely loved my venue and I can't thank Michelle, Frieda and Oluf enough for everything they did! It was so amazing to have a wedding planner, florist, food caterer, decor and staff ready to go all at one venue.

We had a bit of a hiccup with our arrangements and it's quite a long and funny story but our dear friend, Werner Ferreira, who is also our chiropractor, married us on the day. For which we will be forever grateful!

We did take dancing lessons but due to nerves we never did our 'rehearsed' wedding dance and ended up winging it instead! We had such a fantastic DJ - THAT MAN CHAD - I can honestly highly recommend Chad to anyone looking for a DJ. He has mad DJ skills! Our dancefloor was jam-packed right throughout the night.
