Magical doesn't begin to describe our BIG day! I decided not to get a wedding planner but co-ordinate everything myself. I had enough time to do this (a year and a half) and I am grateful that everything turned out just perfect. We had chosen a stellar team from the venue, photographer, décor, hair and make-up, DJ, Officiant, cake supplier and most of all, our MC and Bridal party!
The build up to the day was so much fun and we had support from everyone. People kept asking me about my nerves but I was just enjoying every moment. I thought perhaps it would hit me the morning of the wedding but I truly only felt excitement throughout. People around me bared the nerves on my behalf :)
When I arrived at the Ceremony I felt all the wonderful emotions that one would feel at that point in time, but what gave me so much joy was seeing the love of my life standing at the end of the Isle with so much love in his eyes!
For me that day was a celebration of our 5 and a half year union and officially the beginning of the rest of our lives. I married my soul mate, my best friend, and my rock and I couldn't be happier.
In the words of our photographer..." This was definitely my favourite wedding of the season. The absolutely stunning bride, the dashing groom, the fun-loving bridal party, my favourite colour scheme and a perfectly timed and organised day, these are just a few of the things that made this wedding such a pleasure to photograph.".
