the highlights of my wedding day .the venue was a 5star hotel at Asara wine estate at stellenbosch.it was an outside wedding.the deco was absolutely mind blowing.my wedding gown was design by the top designer in cape town .the car was an old timer which made my day even more special ,my cake was a 4 steps and it was made at Asara .the memorable moments about my my wedding day was .early in the morning i received a phone call from my hubby crying with teas of joy and telling me that everything will be just fine . i must not panic and he can't wait to see my beautiful face.my make up artist was my best friend and my hairstyst .my maid of honor was my beautiful stepdaughter and my mom was right next to me the whole time.....i was treated like a queen and i got all the support from the people that were around me.they realiy showed me how much they want me to be happu
Not yet , we plan to go on our anniversary which is this year february.
i decided to wear my hair up with a lot of diamonds and pearls pins all over my top section of my hair to hold the curls.i chose that look because i have small diamond face ,i look very nice with my hair up thats why i chose the look.my make up was natural look with bronze cheek borne and a pink nude lipstick.my wedding dress was an open back with sleeve less dress open chest with hand made decorated flowers and shaping silk dress .silver block heel .lingerie from lasenza. diamod bracelet and hanging earings with pearls
i got married at Asara wine estate & 5 star hotel at stelenbosch . the guest spent a night at Spiere wine estate
i had a bridal skin brighting a month before the wedding and i went on a bridal combo which requarre a bride to go for facial every week till 4 days before the wedding day.i had my teeth whitened and cleaned a month before .for my fitness i just keep the routine at my virgin active.i went for a full treatment.my facial,a full body massage, my mani & pedi and eyebro waxing ,underarm and bikini waxing
the theme was black & white deco.it was a white table clothe on a round table ,black tall vase in each table with white orchard flowers all the serviettes were black and white ,white plates and black candles tall and short candles .white chairs .the dance floor was a black and white square stripes.the deco was inside the rafael ballroome lounge
The Groomsmen wore a beautiful black tailered suit. They wore black pants with shiny shoes, white shirt with a strapped black bowtie and on top of the white shirt they fitted a black tuxedo. The Groom obviously looked the best. He sort of blended in nicely with the groomsmen. He wore a black pants with a black shirt and i pearl white blazer. He really stood out of the crowded.
All the suits came from Bride & Co.
the bridesmaids wore long black dresses short front and long back summer dress with no sleeves only stripped up to any different style.my step daughter got the idea on line. beige shoes to complement the dress.

My photographer was a very funny,polite,sweet person i have ever met.very efficiant with with time .he was creative and he knew how to make us do exactly what he wants without making an effort just by sharing a joke or mentioning something that would make us relax.he was the best. WIL PUNT

Asara Wine Estate Hotel Wedding
I had the privilege to cover JP & Lienkie’s wedding on Saturday. It was held at the Asara Wine Estate 5 star Hotel just outside of Stellenbosch.
I loved the people attending the wedding. There were so many personalities, faces, cultures and ages. It truly was a celebration across all spheres of life. JP & Lienkie are truly happy together. One got the impression that everyone was wanting that for them as well. Very special indeed.
We had to think on our feet with a few changes in timings due to several factors. One being the weather. There was a cold wind tormenting the guests at pre-drinks and we decided to do the entrance sooner before leaving for a shorter couple shoot. I believe it is always important to let people remember a wedding for all the right reasons. I also would have loved to spend more time photographing Lienkie prior to the ceremony, but we managed a quick 5-minute shoot and focussed on her a bit more during the couple shoot. All worked out fine at the end.

MY stepson was my wedding planner .i decided to include my children to plan my wedding only because the children never get to be in their parents wedding only because they usually not born when the parents get married.sharing my day with my kids was the most priceless thing ever and it brought us more together and to be able to work together under pressure.
i hired an old timer car one of those 1940 cars .it was really important for me .i was with my mom and my step daughter in the car
when we booked the venue ,we chose ASARA to prepare the food and the cake

THE party was lit,i did not have any lesson .i dance with my dad on the second song which i used to dance from a young age with my dad.i had a DJ.HIS NAM WAS CONRAD SKILLCORN and the name of the sound and lighting was SOUNDPRINT
