Theo and I met on the 3rd May 2016 at his restuarant, it was on this day that I knew I had met my soulmate. We were inseparable from the first date.
Theo prepared a wonderful surprise for me with all the ladies at Life Day Spa Fourways on the 25th September 2017. A pampering couples massage with fruit platters, champagne and rose petals everywhere.
After a wonderful massage we both got into the private jacuzzi ,he reached for a strategically hidden box , he got down on one knee, with overwhelming tears of happiness I said yes!
We then called family and friends to share the excitement, I smiled for days...and we are still smiling.
Our highlights started early!
We spent our pre wedding evening with each other and our two french poodles Tommy and Bella at Le Chatelat Boutique hotel, with the most wonderful host Christiano.
We woke to a wonderful breakfast in what really felt like being in a palace in the french countryside. I had chosen Le Chatelat for our pre wedding photoshoot for its absolute elegance and beauty.
After a traditional Greek Orthodox wedding ceremony our reception followed at the elegant Four Seasons Westcliff Hotel.
Other highlights included wonderful speeches ,excellent food ,dancing and sharing all the precious moments with family and friends, our fantastic live band Alicat and greek DJ Alexi.
We decided to wait until the summer in Europe and booked our dream honeymoon , we depart on the 18th August 2017 . We will cruise the Mediterranean and see over four countries from the luxury of the Oceania Riviera Ship. This is an absolute dream come true!!! I can't think of anything more romantic!!
Elegant, understated, yet pure fairytale. From the first moment I tried on my Demetrios couture wedding gown from Lady Marmalaide Bridal Montecasino it was unmistakably the one.
My accessories were wedding gifts from my husband ,a beautiful pendant with matching earrings.
I always wanted a central city wedding so guests did not have to travel far . Our perfect choice was the elegant Four Seasons Westcliff Hotel.
Being in the events industry I chose to co ordinate and produce my own wedding, with the assistance of Cafe Fleur and the very helpful Tamsin.
The look was dove grey and ivory white with antique silver decor and elements, again understated and elegant.
My husband was timelessly elegant in a black tuxedo with a white shirt and black silk bowtie, the balance of the groomsmen wore dove grey ties with their elegant black suits and white shirts.
Our photographer was GustavL, who loved the wedding so much he had to stay till the very end. Both Gustav and his assistant captured epic and wonderful pictures of our beautiful wedding.

I planned and coordinated our wedding.
The Fourseasons Westcliff prepared our plated starters and mains as well as our dessert buffet including our Belgian chocolate fountain, homemade vanilla ice cream, honeycomb, fudge and beautiful vanilla Wedding cake. Traditional Bakalava and Galaktoboureko were provided by our families.
We were privileged to have Alexi Kotsis Dj Alexi from LXK Productions as our DJ and MC. Alexi also provided all lighting and sound.
Alicat, our live band choice was a three piece talented band is led by the angelic vocals of Alicia. Absolutely south African talent.
Quintus Jansen from Dance Culture Studios assisted us in three lessons before our wedding for our first dance.
