On a nice warm day 24 Sept 07 was walking dwn the road to see a friend and he was sittin in the car with two friends as he says " I spotted u from a far n showed my friends this beautiful lady coming our way" as i approached they all got out of the car n greeted me n immediately he asked for my numbers and all three of them saved them.I went into my friends yard knocked but no one answered n as i walked back they were already on the other side of the road leaving but he spotted me again and my phone rang,"seems like u ddnt find the person u were looking for can i come talk to u?" and i agreed. We stood under a tree started introducing myself n ddnt even ask why did he come alone when there were two others only to find out later on that he had told them guys stay this one is mine....
During a stressful time of nursing school as i was preparing for my final year exam he called and told me he wanted to take me for dinner so that i can destress n we went on to a posh restaurant called long horn grill n there we were eating and having a nice chat when suddenly in the middle of dinner he got out of his seat n mde me stand on my feet n i was wondering y and as he reached for his jackets pocket took out a small box and went down on one knee in the middle of the restaurant people looked at us and the entire restaurant put on a standstill as he asked me to marry him n I just cried out a loud yes i will marry u and guess wat that was followed by a huge round of applause from our spectators n a bottle of bubbly to celebrate it was perfect.
Our wedding ceremony it was conducted by Father Andile Mbutjye who came to my church 10 yrs ago same month my husband n I met n same year..i knew tht God wanted tht moment in our lives to be dne by a special person n yess it felt vry special. Our venue was sooo beautiful n my hubby n I taking over the dance floor we evn went on a game drive together n created memories in the sunset absolutely memorable n our first kiss as hubby n wife
Hair tied back in a flower design nd had silver jewellery n my wedding dress mermaid fit tht was a show stopper from bride n co. N shoes frm bride n co. Lingerie was from Edgars Lasenza... felt like a queen
Got married in bloemfontein at St Patricks anglican church n had a beautiful reception at Emoya Estate n yes our guests stayed the night afterall we were having a 2 day wedding....
Yes booked into Emoya spa for a full spa n beauty treatment n no teeth whitening already hv great teeth.......
