The best part of my wedding was when I got out of the tractor and saw the tears in my soon to be husband's eyes.
Unfortunately we haven't gone on honeymoon yet. We are still saving up to go.
My wedding look... my hair was pulled back at the top with a braid and I had to roses in my braid. The rest of my hair was straightend and was hanging over my shoulders and down my back.
One of my bridesmaids did my makeup I asked her to do a natural look because I am not crazy about to much makeup. My wedding dress was covered with lace and it had a open back it was the third dress I tride on and at that moment I knew it was made for me. I wore white cowboy boots on my wedding day because we got married on a farm so it fit my theme of a real farm wedding. My necklace was handed down to me from my grandmother after she passed away. It was a great feeling to have a part of her with me on my special day.
We got married on a farm outside of Vivo Limpopo. The farm belongs to a dear friend of the family and it is where my husband and I fell inlove.
Some of my guest's stayed the night on our farm and we had a big breakfast the next morning.
I didn't have a beauty regime. The only thing I did before my wedding was going to a hairdresser to get my hair coloured and I had clip in extensions that I wore on the day.
My family and I planned and organized the whole wedding by ourselves. We did all the decor by ourselves. In the barn we had white drapes that hanged over the tables with fairy lights. Each table had white flowers on it and hesian runners on it. We had two tractors next to the bridal table and four tractors parked outside of the barn at the entrance. It whole wedding had a big farm feel.
The groom and the groomsmen wore brown chino pants. The groom wore a grey shirt and a light blue tie and the groomsmen wore white shirts with red ties. We bought their outfits at the hub, mr price and edgars
My bridesmaids wore light blue dresses two of their dresses was short and two of the dresses were long. I bought the long dresses at the hub and the short dresses were made for the girls.
The local minister of the Ng church married us in a sheep's "kraal".
My photographer was this fantastic woman name Bonita from Bonita's photography she went above and beyond to capture all the best moments of our special day.
I didn't have a planner but my groom, my mother and bridesmaids helped me alot to plan everything.
We drove up to the sheeps "kraal" in a green class tractor I sat in the inside of the cab and my four bridesmaids stood on the outside on the stairs.
The grooms family made all off the food for the wedding day, and the wedding cake was made for us by our favorite baker Susan who makes all the cakes for our families special occasions.

All my wedding stationery was designed by me and one of my bridesmaids.
The party was great after all the formalities was handled it started to rain and the whole barn was covered with water so we danced in the rain all night long. My mother and stepfather did all the lighting for the occasion and one of our friends was the dj for the wedding.
